Return Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy period is 30 days from the day you received the item. If your purchase exceeds the 30 day policy please reach out to us by email to discuss an exemption to this policy.

To complete your return simple email support@htcandles.com with your order information  and enter the text “Return Request” in the subject field.  We may require a receipt or proof of purchase if you do not include your original order number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to seller error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (unless given exemption)

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your item(s), you should mail to: P.O. Box 56052, Indianapolis, IN, 46256, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs to return item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval of your refund.

As long as the previous criteria is met your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account, or credit card as it can take 2 or more business days to post to your account.

If you have followed these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@htcandles.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

In the event your items are defective or damaged and you would like an exchange.  Please send us an email at support@htcandles.com before sending your item to: P.O. Box 56052, Indianapolis, IN, 46256, United States.

Depending on your location, the transit time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
